Multidisciplinarity highly valued by the BONUS+

According to the final feedback from BONUS+ project coordinators, principal scientists and young scientists, the main value of cooperation among projects was viewed to be sharing of ideas, data and infrastructure. Several recommendations concerning arranging cooperation among the future BONUS projects were given.

“The most effective way to learn new methodologies is to simply listen to other scientists. Reading of articles is important but it is not very efficient way to learn. Moreover, we need to have discussion where one can make “stupid” questions”, noted Sakari Kuikka, the coordinator of BONUS+ IBAM project.
