Participation of Russian scientists in BONUS

BONUS launched its first piloting call for proposals, BONUS+, in 2007, with the projects running from 2009 until the end of 2011. According to the bilateral agreement between BONUS and the Russian Foundation for Basic Research (RFBR), funding was granted to those Russian participants who were involved in projects that RFBR evaluated successfully. The RFBR funded nine Russian participants working in seven of the BONUS+ projects.

Participation of Russian scientists contributed greatly to the BONUS+ projects in years 2009-2011 as well as the research networking in the region. Read the newest BONUS briefing (#18) to find out more.
