Submission of financial reports
I am representing a partner in a project funded by BONUS. We receive all the funds from the national funding institution without the BONUS EEIG (EU) contribution. In this case, do we have to submit financial report to the BONUS?
We receive BONUS funding from national funding institution (NFI) and from the BONUS EEIG. How about the reporting in this case? Do we report both to the NFI and to BONUS? Or do we report only to the NFI or only to BONUS?
Filling the ‘BONUS cost statement’
Do all partners that claim financial contribution equal to or superior to EUR 375.000 need to have an external audit? If so, does this need to be done by each partner nationally before they submit their financial reports? What is the time frame for the audits?
