Elise Oukka, M.Soc.Sc.
Elise started working at BONUS in 2007 as a Financial Manager. Her responsibilities include management of financial and administrative matters of the BONUS EEIG; implementing and monitoring of the financial plan and the overall budget, preparing financial and judicial matters related to the calls and programme implementation, preparing contracts and other judicial material, carrying out personnel management duties, taking care of risk management, internal audits and controls as well as and financial reporting of the BONUS EEIG activities.
Elise has long experience from the EU project and programme financial and administrative management from the local, regional and national levels. International work experience she has gained while working in Germany for the INTERREG III C North Programme as a Financial Manager. Elise has graduated from the University of Tampere. Currently she is continuing her studies in a specific field of audit and evaluation at the University of Tampere. | |
