Bonus EEIG

Feed-back form for Young Scientists

This questionnaire is a part of the BONUS+ Mid-Term Assessment. Its purpose is to check how successfully the young scientists have been integrated into the BONUS+ Projects and activities of the whole Programme, and which kind of support, which the Programme could provide, is  most needed by the researchers in early stages of their career. Your feed-back will help BONUS EEIG Secretariat to strengthen its work addressed to the young scientists during the rest of BONUS+ Programme and extend it to the coming BONUS-169 events. Every participant of this survey will receive the summary of the findings.

For the purpose of this survey the term ‘young scientist’ is defined as a person in the final year of their primary degree, e.g. MSc programme, or a PhD student, or a person within the first two years of her/his first Post Doc programme.

The filled-in form must be submitted to the Secretariat before Saturday, 8 May 2010. You are kindly requested to answer all the questions, even if negative, in order for us to be sure of no information omissions.

BONUS EEIG guarantees the confidentiality of personal information submitted in this survey.

Please note that the questionnaire can not be saved for continuing later on, but  needs to be completed in one session.
